Dr.
Bryan Murray is a Chiropractor and Active Release Techniques provider and
instructor. He is fond of the old adage "If the only thing in your
toolbox is a hammer then sooner or later everything looks like a nail".
Therefore he is apt to use his training in Exercise Rehabilitation, Myofascial
Release, Egoscue Method, McKenzie Method and Chiropractics to help those besieged
with chronic pain.
He is the creator of P.A.S.S. (Personal Alignment Stretching and Strengthening)
which is taught to clients and practitioners alike.
Finally, Dr. Murray is grateful
and honoured for the opportunity to connect with and serve his clients.

Andrea graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone, England with an honours Science degree in Osteopathy and is continually developing her osteopathic skills through post-graduate training. Andrea’s special interests include paediatric and obstetric osteopathy, and osteopathic treatment of women’s issues, systemic illness, trauma, and functional chronic pain.

With over a decade of competitive running under his belt and dedicated yoga practice, Peter has translated his thirst for personal improvement into a diverse and holistic approach to massage. Peter specializes in treating sports, repetitive strain injuries and chronic pain using a unique combination of myofascial work, passive stretching, neuromuscular release and remedial exercise. Peter graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 2005 and looks forward to continuing his studies in kinesiology this September.

Dr. Livia Augustin, MSc, Ph.D. Nutrition Counselling

Dr. Augustin’s expertise is drawn from over 10 years of clinical work on
the dietary management of diabetes and heart disease risk factors and on
dietary prevention of chronic diseases including cancer. She has worked
both locally (University of Toronto and St. Michael’s Hospital) and
internationally at leading research institutions in Europe. She has been
a speaker to academic audiences, the food industry and at international
scientific conferences. Dr. Augustin has extensively published in
renowned international scientific journals and continues to serve as a
reviewer of new articles.
Dr. Julia Balaisis, Ph.D. Psychotherapist

Julia brings 30 years of educational experience (with young people, adults and educators) to her psychotherapy practice. Julia understands how to facilitate learning, retention and personal growth. As an accomplished artist, writer, teacher and researcher, she applies rich skills and talents to the therapeutic process.
Having completed the four year psychotherapy training program at the Integral Healing Centre of Toronto she is adept at a great variety of therapeutic modalities. Client-based psychodynamic therapy, bio-energetics and integral healing training is infused with additional complimentary techniques such as Jungian Dream analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Practice and Communication Skills. Most recently, Julia is adding EMDR to her repertoire of practice.
Most importantly, Julia works to create a co-operative, empathic and trusting environment where clients can safely self-express in order to come to a more vibrant relationship with their true self.
